Thermoplastic acrylic ACRON

Description

ACRON is a completely new, universal material designed for denture plates.
ACRON is a thermoplastic resin for making flexible RPD's by an injection moulding method.
Application of ACRON:
- Partial prosthesis.
- Long-term partial prosthesis.
- Partial hybrid prosthesis.
- Full prosthesis.
The fully crystalline structure of ACRON ensures good polymerization and maintains the strength of the prosthesis plate.
The hybrid ACRON structure allows a combination of rigidity and flexibility. It is a rigid material with the properties of biological functionality and at the same time, due to its high durability, ensures that the prosthesis does not crack.
The absorption of ACRON is 50% lower than that of traditional acrylic.
Due to its crystalline purity, it is a fully biocompatible material, free of monomers and other toxic substances.
ACRON T is intended for transparent prostheses. Shade T allows the production of fully transparent clasps and prosthesis plates for people with allergies. ACRON T never turns yellow due to full crystallization and does not change the transparency.
ACRON is a pure crystalline homopolymer. Unlike copolymers such as acrylic, nylon or acetal blends, ACRON meets the highest biocompatibility requirements that have been medically certified and approved. This substance has been clinically proven to be non-irritating to the gums and not cytotoxic to humans.
Compared to other materials, ACRON treatment and polishing is one pleasure with a simple and fast shine.
Available in 7 shades of ACRON, ideal for each patient's needs and with excellent color saturation.
