Usage:
Cut approximately 40-50 cm of dental floss and wrap the ends around the index fingers of both hands. Carefully insert the floss into the interdental space.
Wrap the tooth surface in a C-shape and gently move the floss up and down along the side of each tooth. Do not press the floss into the gums. Use a clean section of floss for each interdental space.
