Astopad® Resistive Patient Warming SystemAstopad, a reusable patient warming system, uses resistive, air-flow-free active warming to help surgical patients maintain normothermic temperatures throughout the perioperative journey.
The system, composed of the Astopad Control Unit and several blanket and pad options (see below), has a temperature range of 32°C – 39°C and can be set individually in precise 0.5°C increments. Two blanket connections allow for multiple blankets to be used simultaneously, and the unit can be battery operated.
